No. We require that all boots and shoes be returned in their original and undamaged box to be eligible for a refund or an exchange. If there are tags and other material on the footwear as well as all items in the box must be included.

No. All footwear must be returned without any sign of wear.

It’s important to note that the billing address (name, address and postal code) be identical to the name that is on the credit card. We will be using that information to authenticate the transaction and payment. Delivery and billing address must be valid and located in Canada. You must also provide you phone number and your email to enable us to contact you with information regarding your order.
