MyWarmBoots.com (myWarmBoots) is the shopping website of MesBottesChaudes Inc. (“Web Site”) that allows customers to browse, select and purchase products from MesBottesChaudes Inc.

Credit Cards and Payments
The credit card information is not collected by myWarmBoots. At no point before, during or after the transaction does myWarmBoots have access to your credit card information. We use the secure services of PayPal Inc. as a payment provider and do not share any credit card information. In the case that myWarmBoots collects your credit card information for the purpose of payment of products purchased at myWarmBoots will be stored securely using a PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant solution. Please note that your credit card or PayPal account is charged when your information is entered at the time of purchase, and not when the item is shipped. Credit card information will be masked on your account and will not be visible to myWarmBoots service operators. Provision of credit card information as payment for the product(s) constitutes an agreement of your purchase of the selected product(s). You must not pay or attempt to pay for product/s using fraudulent credit card information. We may be unable to verify international or foreign cards, orders placed with international cards may be cancelled and refunded without notice.

Terms of Service

Orders and Acceptance of Orders
You assure that all information you supply to us at the time of placing an order for products that are offered for sale by us through the website (Products) and in connection with an order made using the website, is true and correct. Your receipt of an order confirmation does not indicate our acceptance of your order and it does not confirm our offer to sell. myWarmBoots has the right to accept or decline your order at any time after receipt of your order. All orders placed must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment of myWarmBoots. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. myWarmBoots reserves the right to refuse any order without giving reason. If we cancel an order, we will make all reasonable attempts to contact you using the details provided. All received monies will be refunded using the method of payment received.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order or parts of your order if it has not yet been dispatched by myWarmBoots. myWarmBoots will provide a full refund for cancelled orders. We do not charge a cancellation fee. However, once the order has shipped for delivery you are unable to cancel the order. myWarmBoots also reserves the right to cancel your order if: You provide a false or unauthorized credit card We are unable to process payment on the credit card provided You provide invalid personal details The product has become unavailable myWarmBoots will notify you before cancelling your order.
Pricing and Tax
Prices displayed on the website are shown in Canadian dollars. HST or GST and provincial sales tax will be applied at checkout. Delivery costs will be charged in addition to the price of the products if applicable. GST and the equivalent provincial sales tax is subject to change and users of the myWarmBoots website will not be informed by myWarmBoots if a change occurs. All prices are subject to change. All prices displayed on this Website are only valid online at the time shown.
Errors
We may correct any errors which appear on the website and reject any order which has been received in connection with such errors. myWarmBoots has the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed at any time. myWarmBoots’ right to refuse or cancel any orders will apply whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, myWarmBoots will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
Item Availability
Some of our high traffic brands can experience an above average inventory turnover. We have implemented processes that mitigate the chance of an item being unavailable, but upon occasion, an item may become unavailable after it was purchased by a customer. In this event, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order, unless a suitable replacement can be found and is agreed to by the customer.
Coupons, Promo Codes and Discount Codes
MyWarmBoots uses coupons for promotional purposes from time to time. Coupons are in CAD, attached to minimum order amounts pre discounts in CAD including GST and validity dates as specified on the promotional material or on the promotional landing page or otherwise the coupons are valid for 30 days. No cash redemption for a coupon code is possible. The coupons are a one time offer off the total invoice amount and may be limited to a certain product quantity or brand. Each coupon code may only be used once per customer and once per household by entering it during checkout on myWarmBoots and by clicking “Apply Coupon”. Codes can not be combined with other promotions or discounts. By submitting your email address on the promotional pages on myWarmBoots you agree to receive our myWarmBoots newsletter with updates on new arrivals. Suspension, Cancellation and Effect of Cancellation
If you breach these terms and conditions, myWarmBoots reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time without prior notice to you. If your account is suspended or terminated, you will not be able to access the Website. If you are awaiting delivery of products, myWarmBoots reserves the right to cancel your order. A refund may be issued to the credit card provided during the purchase process.

Delivery and Refunds

Delivery

Free Shipping in Canada (except territories)
Shipping is free everywhere in Canada except in the following regions: Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut. A fee of $20.00 will apply.

Shipping to the United States
For orders shipped to the United States, shipping fees will be applied at checkout.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.   

Shipping Carrier
We use Canada Post to ship our orders within Canada and USPS to ship orders to the United States.

Estimated Delivery Time
We deliver throughout Canada and the United States usually within 5-20 business days. The carrier does not require a signature upon delivery. If you are not available at the address you provided when the carrier delivers your order, it will be left at your front door. If you live in an apartment building or have a community mailbox, the package will be left in the designated location.
If you cannot be reached, your product will be returned to myWarmBoots and our service team will attempt to contact you to arrange another delivery. For more information on our shipping policy, please visit our Shipping and Returns Policy page.

Please note:
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs. We won't abandon you and will try to help you to as much as possible, but please be mindful that we have limited resources to do so.
For international orders, please note that customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of myWarmBoots.

Exchanges and Refunds
Sometimes the item you’ve purchased just doesn’t fit. We completely understand and to help you avoid regretting your decision, we’re offering 30 days to return your purchase on any product that doesn’t meet your expectations. All products are eligible to this policy except final sales. You have 30 days after your purchase to ask for a free refund or exchange. For more information, please visit our Delivery and Exchange page. Items that are marked as final sale can’t be exchanged or refunded.
Defects
If, for any reason, your item is defective, we will be gladly pay for all return fees. We accept returns on defective products up to 30 days after the purchase of a product for a full refund.
Loss of Merchandise
The risk of loss of goods shall be passed to the customer upon the delivery of the item(s) to any delivery company we select.
Returns and Exchanges using Discount Codes and Special Offers
Discount codes or special offers used for orders containing more than one item are applied proportionately to the entire order. Therefore, if you would like to return part of an order, you cannot reapply the full discount code to the remaining items in your order. Instead, your refund will include a proportionate amount of the discount as determined by the value of the specific item being returned or exchanged.

Disputes
This contract will be governed by the laws of the province of Quebec, Canada. Any dispute arising out of your use of the Website, or the products purchased on it, will be subject to the exclusive courts of that jurisdiction.

MyWarmBoots will communicate with you about your order and the purchased product using email. Account holders must provide a valid email address to myWarmBoots for this purpose.
